Inkjet
Printing

Tradeshow Display Store has the capability of printing
and finishing up to a 60” print with our Lightjet
printer ensures proper saturation and a quality
image with an output resolution of photo quality.
Lightjet printing is ideal for: Mural Panels, Detachable
Graphics, Backlit Graphics and more.
Dye-Sub Printing
Dye-sublimation is a new and exciting way to print
photo realistic images on fabric. This process uses
cutting edge technology to print your image with
the finest detail and the richest color. Dye-sub
printing is ideal for: Table Throw Products, Banners,
Flags and Hanging
Banner Systems.
1-Color & 2-Color Standard Imprinting
Our Standard Imprinting processes are direct screen
print, thermo print or vinyl applique. We choose
the most appropriate method based on your art and
quantity ordered. Standard Imprinting is ideal for:
Table Throw Products, Large Format Banners and Flags.
Screen Printing
Screen printed graphics are most commonly used with
line art images in large quantities. Screen printing
is a great choice when PMS color matching is necessary.

Whether you use our templates or you create
your own document, please make sure the dimension of your
file is the exact size of the finished size or the right
proportion if you are preparing at 1/4 size.
Image Resolution
Photos
and graphics need to be at least 125 DPI at full size or
500 DPI at a 1/4 size
In Photoshop, you can go to IMAGE -> IMAGE SIZE
to find out your file resolution.

Good
Quality:
High resolution / high quality
stock photography
High resolution / high quality scanner
Low Quality:
Screen capture of video frame
Low resolution / low quality stock photography

Why
125 DPI?
Since
your banner will be a large format print, you don't need
to prepare your file in 300 DPI which is usually used for
smaller format print.
If you are uncertain of the quality of your images, please
call us at 888-941-1202.
Color Mode
Your file has to be in CMYK mode.

Saving
When
you are done with the design, flatten all the layers

then save as TIF.
If you need our graphic designers to modify
your art work, don't flatten layers but convert all text
to shapes.
(Graphic modification - $75 per hour. Please call for estimated
time.)

You are almost
done!
Before
you upload the file(s) to us, view your graphic in actual
pixel view. VIEW -> ACTUAL PIXEL
Review the entire graphic carefully, especially your logo
and photos if any, to make sure it looks good to you.
Because what you see in the actual pixel view is very
close to what you will get on your banner(s).

When you are done with the design, save the
file in EPS format.
If you have extra graphics outside of the finished size
area, create a crop area with the exact size of finishing
size before saving.
If you need our graphic designers to modify your art work,
send us your original Illustrator file(s).

time.)
You
are almost done!
Before you upload the file(s) to us, open the EPS file
you just saved.
Review all the graphics/text and make sure the dimension
is right.
If you are satisfied with what you see, please upload
your graphics to the link at the top of your e-mail.
